Delivery, Returns & Refunds


 Shipping: we currently only deliver to UK mainland. You can check if we deliver to your postcode from the cart once you have added product. If we don't currently deliver to your postcode, you will not be able to proceed to check out.

As of 01/07/2021 our current shipping rates are as follow:

  • Orders Mon - Fri pre 2pm are processed the same day
  • Orders placed after 2pm are processed the next working day
  • Weekend orders processed on a Monday
  • 24 hour tracked shipping £3.99
  • Orders over £50: free shipping (24 hour tracked)

Under the Consumer Contract Regulations 2013 (CCRs) which govern all internet shopping, and if you live in the EU, you have the right, subject to the exceptions noted below, to cancel your order 

You must notify us of your intent to cancel within 14 calendar days from the day after you receive the goods.

If you wish to make use of this right, please email with the subject line "cancellation + order number".

You must return the goods to us at your own cost no later than 14 days after the day on which you notified us. We recommend that you insure the return shipment and retain a proof of postage, as it is your responsibility to take reasonable care of the goods and you will be liable for any damage sustained to them until we receive them back at our warehouse.

We will refund you the full value of your order, including the original shipping costs, via the original payment method within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods back.


Refunds and replacements can only be issued if:

  • the goods are damaged or defective (proof required)
  • the goods were purchased directly through
  • the goods are returned within a 30 day period from receipt

We are unable to refund bottles that have been opened or if they were purchased via third party sellers. We are also unable to refund Sale items.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unpacked and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Customers are also required to pay associated shipping fees when returning an order, and are responsible for ensuring the goods arrive safely. If you are shipping an item over £50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

If your circumstances align with our Returns Policy, please email to coordinate, using the subject line "Return + order number". We also require a receipt or proof of purchase.

We will let you know by email which address to return the goods to.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds will be granted (if applicable)

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery



Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 working days.

If you haven’t received a refund, first check your bank account again. Then, contact your credit card company as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
